Well, if you're 17, that means he's 15, so its legal.... But that's the only good thing I could say about doing something sexual with your brother. I suppose you didn't say you wanted to have sex, you just said you were curious. In my opinion, it seems reasonable to want to see your brother naked since you are related and it would be interesting to see if there any similarities. However, I wouldn't go farther than comparing because things would be way too awkward.

Very normal, a brothers that close to your age does. I did and we were one year apart. We both played around and checking our size and did waht guys do. Yes... we still do and JO with each other after school. Have fun it's only once in this life you can do it!

I'd hardly call checking him out incest so it is a question of what he is comfortable with.

If a situation arises in which you see him naked as a side effect of something else, for example getting changed for the pool, then go ahead and check him out if you want to. If he has voluntarily got naked with you there he can't be too bothered about it

Try not to make him feel awkward though. If you find yourself specifically asking to see him, for example, he may find that awkward and if you do and he refuses you should certainly accept that answer - harassing him to show you would definitely be wrong.

but technicaly that age is the age where you cannot have sex with soomeone younger than that, not the age when you could start having sex. if it was illegal to have sex before then many would be in jail
