Alright so sometimes when I'm warm my balls hang slightly lower than the tip of my penis. Does happen to other people?
Also before you guys ask whether my dick is tiny it's not. 4" soft 6" hard oh and I'm 13 years old.

Mine are normally barely lower than my penis. Unfortunately, neither is very impressive when everthing's limp. My soft penis is probably 2" and my balls only hang lower than that when they're warm. I actually wish I had balls that hang REALLY low becaue I personally find that to be a turn on.

For me that is sometime the case.

It is even more likely if you are at the beginning of puberty because your balls start growing before your penis but it is still normal even if both are fully developed.

your balls hand lower than your penis normally, especially if you pretty warm. and usually one is lower than the other, i think the norm is the left is lower than the right. and as you go along in puberty, they will hang lower.

they hang lower when you're warm to try and cool your balls down as if they are hot, you won't produce sperm properly.. and yeah, it happens with most people when flaccid
