Skin covering penis head

I'm 14 and I was circumcised as a baby. I've noticed that my freinds penis's, when soft, have little or no extra skin on there shaft. While I have so much skin on mine that when I'm soft that the skin covers about 2/3 of the head. And yesterday in P.E. we went outside to run and it was very cold so when I came back inside my penis was so shriveled up that it looked like it wasn't circumcised. Did my doctor not do the job right or what? What does yours look like? I'm a grower if that has anything to do with it (2 inches to 5 1/2 inches)

I'm uncircumcised so mine covers the whole thing extending a bit out.

No your doctor sounds like he did a fine job. Circumcision can vary in how much skin is taken off. Yes the cold definitely shrinks the goods so it may have seemed strange the way your penis looked. Your dick is fine overall.

That happens to me occasionally. Sounds like its OK. You may have a loose circumcision though.

There's nothing wrong with how you were circumsized. You said that you were a grower which means that your soft penis is proportionally small compared with your erect penis. Having a smaller soft penis results in the head being covered a bit by the skin. I have the same situation but there's no need to worry. Plus, being someplace cold o ly worsens it because your penis shrinks

The problem's not with how the doctor did his job. People differ in some ways. Maybe, yours is really like that.

no it dosnt matter if its just 2/3 around the head..
as long as it doesnt hurt and it works :D
