Then after i spazz i get light headed and its kind of like im in my own world.. where everything is happy like so when i see something bad i think its really really good and i try hugging it and etc. im not sure if this is normal.. Is it??

Do you mean seizure kind of spazz, clumsy, or just acting crazy?

After what you described, it doesn't sound normal..have you talked to a doctor about this?

"Spazz" generally (In this case) means acting out, or wildly going out of control. Although the word itself can have many meanings, it just depends on how it's used.

I tend to spazz, and people do indeed stare. But I don't care, their words are meaningless to me, except if it's someone like, a parent or teacher yelling at me of course. Then I calm down and go back to just being ... What people consider "Normal"? xD But in your case, I'm not sure. You say you get light headed, so is it spazzing as in acting out, or spazzing like, twitching and moving out of control? If it's the second one, you may have a problem. Something could be wrong, I'm no doctor, so I don't have the slightest clue. But if it's going crazy, then just take it down a notch, so you don't hurt yourself or get into trouble.
