Okay now I get it. My penis has never hurt when I cum, but after I orgasm, I try to see how long I can keep stroking until the pain is more than the pleasure.

I wonder if your cum is clogging up the inside of your penis some what. As it dries it gets sticky, but I'm not sure it dries. Also, even if i kept it from coming out as i cum, it would just flow out as soon as i let go.

As people said. This is a terrible idea an can also cause major problems. Theres a condition where the semen can get back into your bladder and you can get a UTI (urinary tract infection.)

You really should stopping cumming while holding your penis in such a way as to stop the cum from coming out. Doing that subjects the tubes inside to a high pressure they were not designed for and can force the cum to go backwards into your bladder. This high pressure maybe what is causing the urethra, the tube that runs through your penis, to hurt.

The easiest things would be for you to arrange to shoot into something - some tissue, paper towel, underwear or towel about to be washed, sock, sink, toilet, shower etc. If you must masturbate in class then practicing the stop & go technique (see jackinword) so you can delay cumming until you can get to a bathroom/toilet after class has finished would be a good idea.

Longer term it would be good to get over your dislike of your own semen. Semen is not disgusting - we expect girls to have it squirted on their breasts, in their mouths and inside their vaginas, after all.
