will taking 2 prozac 20mg pills help my anxiety better then taking the 1 i am told to take?

People react differently to these drugs, and so your psychiatrist is trying find the optimal concentration of prozac for your anxiety.

But doubling your dose so suddenly could actually intensify your anxiety (as I experienced!) so rather request for a very gradual increase if the current dose isn't working out for you. Otherwise ask for another drug.
