i feel like cutting my self but when i pick up the knife or wateva i just cant seem to force my self to self harm and i end up just putting it down and going outside and going skateboarding or something like that like a walk or something.:confused:

UR NOT A COWARD !!! it's a very good thing that u do put the knife down. trust me u don't want 2 start if u haven't already, and if u do self harm u don't need 2 continue if u can put the blade down and u do, the u shouldn't call ur self a coward, u should be proud of ur self.
