I'm 18 and i'm 8 inches hard (around 20cm) and 5.3 inches isn't that small, I was probably smaller than that at 14, but it grew with time, don't be worried.

So you are right about average. What you have to remember is that when most guys talk about their dick size, they're adding length. (My sense is guys on here are pretty honest, but who can really be sure without a ruler...)
