I'm a 14 year old and have recently made friends with a 12 year old. I've been told that he looks at me suggestively and keeps trying to make moves on me while I'm not looking. I didn't believe them at first, but just the other day he hugged me and squeezed my ass. He hasn't stopped hugging me and rubbing my face ever since. To make it even worse, I think I like him too. For 1- I'm probably just reading all the wrong signals. 2- I'd get the piss taken out off me massively, seeing as I'm already "that bisexual cunt" in my school. 3- I want to let him know that I notice what he's doing, so if wants to make a move, then I can at least be aware that this IS, in fact, what he's trying to do. What should I do/say?

Also, my Councillor told me to tell him how I feel about him, even though I have NO IDEA how I feel about him :/
