Soft, I'm about the size of a third grader. Hard, I'm average for the American man, and I have the biggest out of any of my friends. Is this normal?

yep, flaccid (soft) size means nothing in relation to erect (hard) size. so your just fine!

You're just a grower. Your penis grows a lot when it gets hard. There is no relationship between soft and hard penis size. Some guy in the locker room could have a penis that is 1 inch soft, but grow to be 7 inches hard. On the other hand, that one guy that impresses everyone with his soft penis that is 5 inches could only be 5.5 inches hard. These are extreme examples, but you get my point.

Im the same way. Soft im usually 2.5-3.0 inches but hard im 6.25-6.5 :)

Yeah thats how I am, its normal. Although I do wish I was a shower haah. Like 3 inches soft but then its like 5 1/2 hard.

But its wierd.. If its like hot outside my penis is bigger when its cold. I know balls shrink up when its cold but not sure about penis.
