Has anyone watched one of those breast self exam videos or was taught by a nurse or doctor how it do one and tried one on yourself:yes:
By myself I have done it because it is important when we get older. One time I did it with my friends and all we did is giggled the whole time.:whoops:

SIDE NOTE: The time we did it at my friends house we were all on the bed with our tops off. I was watching as my friends were doing it to each other, her mom walks in without knocking  to put some mail on her desk. She never said anything about it, guess she know what was going on, funny event.

lol that's the kind of thing that would keep me blushing for a week! :whoops:
Seriously though, it is a good thing to get used to doing. We were told about it at school, but we didn't actually do it there........ thank goodness!

It is important. Once you know about it it's definitely your responsibility to do it. After all, they are *self* exams.
Your health matters. Take care of it :)

Do you know, I find it so easy to give mine a quick check over, ever time I shower.
I do of course, do a full examination about once a month.
I guess it has just become a force of habit now.

My mom taught me to do it, and if you ever feel the tiniest bump you need to tell your mom and have her look at it.
