So I know that their is a layer of fat all over your body. So how thick is the layer of fat I have?
I'm 5 foot 8 inches
132 lb.
I have approximately 10-14% body fat.

Well, what you would need to do is a have a properly performed Body Mass Index calculation done, this can be preformed by your physician, dietitian, fairness trainer....there are many people who can do this but it will not give you the answers you are looking for because what will happen is you then need to possibly have someone else calculate the amount of fat.
Most of the time there is about a half an inch of skin on the human body and then the fat is always pending to the person.
While performing an autopsy on a cadaver at school I learned that even a very fit person, one whose abs I could visibly see, he only had about a half an inch of fat on him....it all has to do with you, your genetic make up, how you exercise and eat....
I just did your BMI here (http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/), it came out to 201, that is very good for someone like you....

Ummm hate to break it to you but you are 19.8, if you use the link I posted in my response I used a viable BMI calculator from the U.S Department of Health....

Ummm hate to break it to you but BMI does not take into account the muscle mass of the body of an individual. For instance im roughly 13% body fat and I got that number from a pinch test preformed for all wrestlers. If i were to use the link you posted i would be 23.7..... Needless to say in any individual that is actually somewhat muscular BMI doesn't mean jack

Well yes, you are correct but seeing as you did not specify your body type I had no idea....
