Just starting out on a new workout routine?
Might make some minor changes? Idk yet.
Just wanted to see what you guys do!

Monday - shoulder
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Chest
Thursday - Legs
Friday - Biceps and Triceps
Saturday and Sunday - rest day

Shoulders:
standing BB military press
Front DB raises
Arnold Press
Side lateral raise
Reverse flies

Back:
Wide Grip Pulldowns
Bent over BB rows
Deadlift
Single arm DB rows
Seated wide grip rows
Shrugs

Chest:
Flat bench DB press
Flat bench flies
Decline BB press
Incline BB press
Lower chest cable crossovers
Pullovers

Legs:
Barbell Box squats
stiff legged deadlift
db lunges
leg extentions
standing calf raises

Arms:
BB curls
Rope pushdowns
DB hammer curls
close grip bench
Seated DB curls
Dips

reps 8-12, 3/4 sets
for legs reps 10-12, heavy enough to go to failure.

it depends on what you want to work on and how you want to improve, personally, i dont do weights cause im still growing-dont wanna stunt my growth..so this is what i do, daily:
pushups
situps
crunches
lunges
leg extensions
squats
planks
mountainclimbers
jumping squats
m-100's which is=Squat thrust -- 10 reps..Mountain Climber -- 10 reps (counting 1-2-3-ONE-1-2-3-TWO)and Squat Jump -- 10 reps--> great cardio!!!

thats just about it, but i play hockey at least 3 times a week, so that adds on to my workout :)!
