It's natural for hair to grow, but be more specific as to where hair is growing. As you grow older, it is very common for men to have hair on the back, chest, legs, arms, underarms, and face, along with pubic hair. So don't worry about it, everyone grows hair!

I had hair everywhere before I was 14, and lots of it. You're fine.

There's nothing wrong with you. Boys are supposed to have hair in all those places, it just develops at different times for different people. On top of what you have now you'll probably get chest and back hair. And your pubic hair will spread all over thighs. I have a friend who developed a lot of hair early and through he did look different, everyone I including me was secretly jealous that he was farther in puberty. When my friends would go swimming we would always be impressed by a his armpit hair. In addition, I have seen him naked and the large bush was quite a turn on. Don't worry. Even though more people are shaving now than before, there are still plenty of people that appreciate and get turned on by a hairy guy with a big bush, nice treasure trail, and lots of armpit hair.
