My friend is just so annoying now!

I have this 'friend' at school who used to be alright, but now all he ever talks about is computers. For example, At Christmas instead of saying Merry Christmas! he says 'How can you play COD on your crummy little computer' (even though I got it for my xbox >.>). Also, he is really lazy! We have been doing the DofE at our school and he quit before it even started..

Every time I look at him, every time he talks he annoys me sooo much!

Well, you can't exactly call him a friend because he's more of a fiend.

What exactly is DofE? If he's that annoying, you have to tell him to try talking about other stuff or talk to someone else about it. Part of it could be angst, its part of puberty. Maybe some time apart from your friend would help.

Well, you know, eventually you're going to get so annoyed that you're going to say something (unless you have an extremely high toleration for these kind of things). So, I'd just confront him about it and say something like "you know man, you talk about computers all the time, and we never talk about anything else.."

I had a friend like this before and honestly it just never worked out because he was so damn annoying. I just started talking to him less and he just made new friends hahaha.. Now I'm not saying nor recommending that you do this but I'm just saying it did work for me..
