Well, if you've decided that you do want to come out, than you'll need to tell the people you want to know with confidence. Be gentle with some people, try and gauge their feelings. Be empathetic, but be sure that you don't back down.
People are homophobic/biphobic where you live? Well, those kinds of people exist all around the world, you will need to deal with them, but you should just remember that there will always be people who are there to support you. Hopefully your family and friends will be there for you. If not, I'm sure there are places you can contact for support of some kind.
If you receive any biphobic discrimination, you should bring it to the attention of your family or teachers.
Being twelve, there's a a chance (well, higher chance, I should say--people may say this regardless of age--) that people will tell you don't know what you are, or that you are "Confused" or something. Stand strong and politely explain to them that you know who you are, and that is what matters. And if that doesn't work, politely explain to them just where they can go.
