Hey I have sleep trouble where i go to sleep at like 4am and have to get up at 7 but yours seems like nothing i've heard of. Have you tried going to the doctor as i know people tend to get nightmares but to actually feel something afterwards isn't normal.
If you do go they could prescribe you with sleeping pills or get to the bottom of what's causing it. It could be like a childhood truama or something in your subconsious that your not yet aware or setting it all off. Maybe if it's causing trouble at school you could tell them as it might help with the flexability of yout grades until it's sorted out otherwise they may think you just can't be bothered.
Have you reaserched it or found anything on the internet that is similar as this could help with your problems, i know you probably have but its just ideas. I hope it all gets sorted soon.

this is bewildering me. i sometimes suffer from anxiety for no apparent reason. like i get butterflies and can't sleep. maybe you should try and unwind in bed listening to music or something. or watch a movie on your laptop until you feel tired. i like getting tried at night cause i sleep easy. having a shower before going to bed also helps :)

So basically I have a lot of issues with sleep not only when I sleep but also when waking up and going TO sleep.
To start off, I have the same problem as you do.
Let's start with going to sleep... I don't really do that. I just lay there for hours on end thinking about life and whatever else comes to mind. I go to bed at 22:30 - 23:15 and I'd be awake till 3.
This happens to me all the time. Granite, I have a pain problem, which probably affects my sleep, but it's still the same. One of the biggest things my therapist and doctors all stress is this: Don't just lie there. If you're in bed for like a half hour, really trying to go to sleep and you can't, get up and walk around. Do something, but don't use electronics. My therapist says that one shouldn't use electronics (TV, phone, etc) a certain amount of time before trying to sleep. I don't know the exact number.. I wanna say like 90 minutes, but don't quote me on that. Of course these days, that's not realistic, but reducing the amount you use before you sleep might be helpful. (depending on how much you use in the first place, of course.) And yes, it does suck. Very much.
During my sleep I sleep cry, which kind of speaks for itself what it is, I cry in my sleep. I can't control it. I'd wake up looking like I just cried my heart out but there's no reason I could have consciously started crying? Anything to stop that or help control it better? In my sleep I rarely actually DREAM something, but when I do it's usually a very messed up one where I get shot or hurt in some way, and in the morning wherever I got hurt in the dream I feel pain for at least another hour or two. Once it was really bad cause I "died" in an explosion and could feel all of my muscles tensed up for 2 days. It hurt like a female dog. Does anyone else have that, or is it just me? Anything against that? :/
That's really strange, I don't really know what to say about this, except to talk to a doctor or something. I cry too, but there's reasoning behind it. As for dreams and feeling pain, that's also something I don't really know about, so I recommend seeing a doctor for this too. That might be really the only thing that can be done about this. Talk to your parents too. If your parents are against taking you to a doctor or something, fake sick, or find some reason to schedule and appointment with your GP and talk about it with them then, and they'll be able to help you. I can somewhat sympathize with the feeling pain, as my life is pretty much pain filled in a different way than yours, but pain is still pain, I suppose.
Also, waking up is a horrible thing for me, just like it is for any other person, but lately I've been even more tired in the mornings then I was before and have to literally fight with my body not to fall asleep, so bad even that I almost fell asleep whilst BIKING to school! I don't drink coffee in the mornings btw, my parents disapprove of anyone under the age of 35 drinking coffee for some reason. What, other then coffee, can you use to wake up really well?
I get the same way. I go on days where I don't sleep for 4-5+ days at a time, and it sucks. It's so hard to get up in the morning. Definitely see a doctor. When it puts yourself at risk, it's even more serious than it was before. My parents also disapproved of coffee for a long time. I actually started out drinking this (http://www.jeffreyjahn.com/images/hot-chocolate.jpg), which was basically caffeinated hot chocolate. I started off getting it without my parents knowing, and whenever I drank it, they just thought it was hot chocolate. Eventaully I told them, and started drinking real coffee. I don't necessarily recommend doing it as I dd, but there are other things out there with caffeine in it. If you need something uncaffeinated, I don't really know what to recommend other than cold water or something.
Sorry if this wasn't what you were looking for. Let me know if you have any questions, and keep holding in there and talk to someone.
edit; adding from what CJM123 said, I can recommend listening to classical music. Music with no words. Just sooth and soft music. Or something relaxing. A beach wave if you like those, or rain if you like hearing rain fall, something smooth and soft like that. Lyrical music often isn't good for trying to get people to sleep. I talked about the whole electronics thing above, but I could also recommend a book (not an ebook, though. Just a regular one.), although it sounds like that would be the same as a movie, with the characters and such.
I still think a doctor is your best bet though.
