So I go to an international IB school, and we're just starting our Personal Projects but I have no idea what to do it about. I'm thinking of doing a sponsor swim for charity at my swimming club and donate it to a charity for kids that "send" fun distractions to (terminally) ill and young children to distract them from all the bullshit around them, anyways, I have no idea what to do it about and if anyone has any good tips because they have/are doing it then those would be really appreciated! :D

PS: in case it's useful my interests are swimming and photography but i dont want to get "more into detail" about them cause whenever i do that with things they get boring to me cause i fully understand them, that's when for me things get boring.

why don't you do something like a bakesale or something like that? something that will raise more money is always a good idea. i have always found swims to be difficult to raise money for, especially if there are not a lot of people up for doing it :)

the swimming club I swim at is always open for those types of things but I thought I could be able to do something more creative, and a bakesale isn't something you could do for a Personal Project... You also have to write a 3000 - 3500 word essay about it and uphold a journal from time to time to talk about your progress and how you're doing and what you're gonna do and what you're done, etc, etc. basically it's a project where you can pick anything but in the end it has to be something with a final product (something you can either see or physically touch or a documentary or a painting or an album or a sponsor swim, etc)
