Only when flaccid. I guess I should be able to do it when I'm out of puberty. Ahhh well. Just one of them things :)

Just around 5 months ago :yes: and I can only retract my foreskin when I'm flaccid.

I can and at 16 I guess.

I've always been able to. It's a little tight when it when it gets past the head when hard.

I guess I'm lucky because as far back as I can remember I have always been able to pull my foreskin all the way back soft or hard.
