I have a Samsung monitor kinda feels like a screen anyways how do you get cum off of it with out messing up the monitor ??

Basically, water, a soft rag, and gentle wiping motions is all you can safely use.

If it is a LCD then a soft cloth slightly damp with warm water and don't press hard or you could damage it. If that fails add a tiny bit of liquid soap. If it's a CRT you can use glass cleaner.
