Well it really depends on what sortve fitness you want to build up. If its cardio then going for regular runs can be good or swimming regularly. If you want to build up your core strength then developing some kind of strength and conditioning program would be good. You can do pushups, situps, crunches, wall sits etc. pretty easily at home without any specialty equipment and you could probabaly squeeze them in before bed.
One thing I wouldnt reccommend though at your age is doing weights because your muscles are still developing so its best to wait until your 15-16 until you start that. Joining your local gym or a sports club will also help improve your all round fitness.
hope this helps

^ It really depends. 13 is a good age to start a bit of resistance training, but nothing of the HEAVY weight sort. At 13 I mainly did a variety of low-resistance, high-rep circuit training.
Things like pushups, situps and crunches are a no-brainer. When I'm home, I have my phone set to beep every hour, and I'll get on the floor for a minute and do two sets each. Keeps me warmed up everyday and over a period of time I see the results.
Lots of cardio would do you good though. Go for a run everyday and gradually extend your routine.
