I think the simplest answer to why people use cum rags is to clean-up after cumming, the more technical answer probably has something to do with not wanting to have to dispose of kleenex or toilet paper. Just grab a used pair of boxers waiting to be washed and use that or a T-shirt that you were going to throw out anyway.
