I usually last a good length of time like 30 minutes or more and most of the time by arm does not get tired. There have been times when it has but I think your arm gets used to it just like you get used to any kind of exercise.

Yes, I sweat a bit. The level of exertion is not that high but sexual arousal makes you sweat more than you otherwise would for that level or exercise.

I get the same thing sometimes. It's not weird. You're using that muscle so it hurts. Same with sweating. Your moving part of your body so you start sweating. Like running for example.

do you use a stimulant (eg porn, anal masturbation, etc)??? maybe that will help you finish quicker and you wont be as tired and sweaty... also it only takes me like 3 to 10 minutes to have an orgasm with and without a stimulant
