Is Absinthe really worth the high price?

Is it as good as everyone says because W/ shipping and handling over the net it's gonna run me bout $75 american.Thats alot.

Really really strong (i've heard) It is not illigel to have (For age appropriate) but illegal to sell in the U.S.

theres no such thing. in order to sell something you have to posess it first, so theres no way you can have both at the same time. if its illegal its illegal

yes, it is good. Be careful though. I'd get another drug, but it depends where you are.

i've heard absinthe is great. you want answers come to me. yes absinthe is expensive. it must be imported. it is illegal to make or sell directly inside the US. it is illegal because we have the constant belief that the "wormwood" in it will kill you. true wormwood will cause brain problems and possible death but wormwood has since been taken out from it making it very safe to drink. also as a note you can take 3 to 4 shots and get wasted out of your mind. and the bottles are BIG. very russian/eastern europe drink. usuall consumed with a teaspoon of sugar or a sugar cube in a spoon. was drunk by van goh (sp is bad i know) and is believed to have been one of the causes with the oil paints that made him go insane to the point where he heard voices and in an attempt to shut the voices up he cut off the ear he heard them in. no he did not cut off his ear for love. he became mental from wormwood and lead paint.

im from england and ive had absinthe quite a few times. there are a few dofferent types of Absinthe, i had black absinthe which tastes like licourice.
when you drink it it feels like youve just swallowed a load of fire. you can still feel your mouth, lips, thruat and most of your body for atleast 15 minutes afterwards. it gets you VERY drunk so be careful you dont die of alcohol poisoning or choke on your own vomit coz it doesnt take much to get drunk.
