his credit card was being used up until the day he was discovered

the shotgun had no finger prints on it.

But what would be the point? It's more than likely that no one will get arrested because stories change over time and witnesses/corroborators disappear. Face it, you're going to go virtually nowhere with a case like this.

While yes, I do believe that Cobain was murdered, it doesn't change anything now. Most states have a maximum amount of time for a crime, no matter what stature, to be turned in. I know Indiana's is seven years. So making big debates other than for simple intrest on people's opinions is dumb. It's like crying over spilled milk. You can't change the verdict on the case, so no point in causing an argument.

I've found more hard evidence supporting murder as the cause of death, but it's not worth causing huge debates. It's been 18 years. Time to move on and cry when someone else dies.

Why is it surprising that a depressed junkie would want to blow his head off with a shotgun? Why would anyone care to kill him either? And people that want to make these theories for their stupid fuckin' documentaries and books are in it for the money. Anyhow, if he was to live after that day of killing himself, he would of probably done it some other day. Especially when you look at how much Nirvana has become everything he hated and didn't want it to become. Right i'm a huge admirer of Courtney Love and i think it's unfair that she's only ever seen as Kurt's wife, or Kurt's "murderer". She's a woman and an artist in her own right.

Courtney Love went through numerous overdoses with Kurt. Calling ambulances, and trying to keep him alive the best she could. It's fucking hard trying to keep someone you love alive, especailly when you're struggling yourself, just like Courtney was. She tried her fucking best and as soon as he succeeds she's accused?

Kurt had a huge amount of heroin in his system at the time of his death, are you going to try and tell me she injected that into his veins herself? I don't think that was an accidental overdose I think he was pretty intent on dying.

Either way we have no idea what happened. We have no idea what Kurt and Courtney's marriage was like. We simply don't have enough personal information about the couple too make any judgements.

Go and listen too Hole, Courtney's band. You only have to listen to the lyrics of songs such as "dying" and "Playing your song" to realise how distressed she was after Kurt's death. Rumors like this are going to make it a whole lot worse for her. Just leave it be. Kurt had already talked as a child about how he was going to commit suicide at 27, and as deadpie said. He's a depressed junkie, was it so suprising?

I think that they shouldn't spend an overload of time on 18 year old cases just because it was "someone special". What about they take care of what's happening in the world right now instead? Just because someone is famous they don't need to sit on that case a billion times longer than a "regular person".
