if he touch's your 'stuff' then he obviously likes you. even if he says it's a joke. just go for it. he is your bestmate. he will understand

My friend told me a very smart thing once. For every joke a person says/does, a little truth comes out of what the person really wants.. You can translate that however you want. Good luck and hopefully everything works out :)
