I am 18 years old, so I figured I was too old to start such an odd trend, but I've recently noticed that I have started to develop a slight stutter. Not anything that others might notice, but I notice it. I'll stutter my words occasionally, and it's starting to bother me. On top of this, I've began to forget things. Like where I put the case of tea(I still can't find it!), the serious conversation I had an hour before. People think I'm just doing it to get out of things, but it's getting bad.

Google search it if you must, but does anyone have any similar problems to this, or any close to helpful explanation that could help me out a little bit?

The stuttering I have no idea but it could due that you might be losing fine motor skills and with those comes muscle control. These sound like early warning signs of Alzheimer's but I highly doubt you are contracting this illness at your age.... I would suggest that if you are this worried you need to contact your families physician, they can help you.

Also, something you could take is Omega 3, it is a vitamin that helps increase memory, it helps the neurotransmitters in your brain to pass through the synaptic clef more efficiently and can also help increase memory retention.

As for the tea, check in the cupboard or on top of the refrigerator, that is where I always find mine.
