[Roses_Are_Yellow]

Dread fills your veins
You breathe in deep
Right foot followed by left
Resisting the urge to weep
You see the looks
The fake smiles
Are they really your friends?
Or is it all lies?
When your back is turned
Do they laugh at you
Mock you
Probably gossip too
So you quicken your pace
Ignore the questioning looks
Keep your head down
Hold on tight to your books
Just keep walking
Keep the smile plastered
The mask of happiness
You've clearly mastered

God thats amazing, tbh I don't often say that about poems. The words capture exactly how I feel, i just can't get over how good it is!!! :)
