I would assume that its because blood flow is diverted to down there. Heat, cold, and caffeine can also help get rid of headaches because they help slow or speed up the blood.

The reason you get a headache is because other prts of ur body r tired or sore, and somehow that makes u head hurt. Caus there's no nerves in ur brain. (i know thats a fact caus I'm quoting a neurologist that came and talked to r class 4 helmate safty, but thats a different story)And since masturbation. An be a stress/tension reliever it makes sense
