Honestly the first time I did it, I also had no clue, so I will just tell you what I did. All I did have take an electric razor that I had, and shaved from left to right until they were all gone. Well first I used scissors to remove the thickest hair, but after that all I did was use the razor and it worked perfectly.

First, I'd have to say that if you really want to do this, that you will probably want to stick to it. When it starts growing back it will be very itchy and irritable. It's also easy to nick yourself if done incorrectly, and I don't know about the person above me, but I know that it's rather... inconvenient to do so. By which I mean painful. There are definitely ways to do it to minimize both the chance that you will cut yourself, and the amount of pain you feel if it does happen.
It is suggested you do this in the shower, as hot water will soften the skin and pen the pores, reducing the amount of razor burn you experience. This rough guide is put together using experience and internet research, and is suggested you use a normal, non-electric razor. A simple Gillette or Store-brand razor is perfect.
(A) Lather either a bought shaving créme or regular soap, and apply it to the area.
(B) One the first run, go with the grain. Shave in the direction that the hair grows. This will most likely be down.
(C) Keep a very light grip on the razor, putting only a small amount of pressure on the skin, as this will reduce the chances of cutting yourself.
(D) Stretch the skin in each area in order to create a flat surface for shaving.
(E) When you are done with the first pass, wash away any remaining foam and check for cuts or tender areas.
(F) If all is clear, then lather whatever you used before, again, and re-apply to the crotch.
(G) On the second pass, shave side to side. This will shorten it down to a very small size.
(H) repeat steps D through F.
(I) On the third pass, shave against the grain, which will probably be up. This will kill off almost all of the hair, and you will be left with a silky smooth surface.
Hair will start to grow back in about 20-24 hours, and this is when you repeat step F and I, in order to dissuade any new hair from annoying the heck out of you.

Use shaving cream. If u go with the grain it wont look as clean, but if u go against the grain ul probably get ingrown hairs. It's up to u

There are two things you can do, you can shave which if done incorectly will lead to razor burn or you can go to the store and buy mens body hair removal spray. its around 5 bucks and works well with no irritation.
if you are going to shave trim you pubes with an electric razor or scissors first. Then take a hot shower to soften the hair and skin. After that you will at first want to go with the grain slowly shaving the hair with minimal pressure. If you are not irritated from here you can continue accross and then against the grain untill most of the stubble is gone. If you get irritated after only going with the grain let youre body heal and retry it again the next day. Everytime you stop shaving for that day you should moisturise the area and then apply powder every day to stop the odor that can occur.

Use shaving cream, and go slowly making sure you dont cut the skin, only the hairs. make sure its in the right direction aswell. Shave downwards. Only shave upwards when shaving under your chin.

1) cut or use an electric razor for the longer hairs- leave about 2mm exposed
2) using shaving cream/ foam/ gel, use a handheld razor and take strokes down from the top of the pubes- this is te general direction that the hairs point, so you won't cause irritation by "going against the grain"
3) wash with warm soapy water afterwards, and maybe apply moisturising cream too- this should ease any irritation caused, or which might occur later.
If you want a smooth finish, a handheld razor is the best solution... Second only to waxing- and that does hurt!

I cut mine as short as I could with scizzors then used my dads beard trimmer/elec razor for the rest.
when it grows back the itchies and stubble suck...so now I use hair remover....it stays away for about 2 weeks then grows back slow & soft NO ITCHIES
