Pop up - maximizing/minimizing

I don't know how this happened.

When I click on the number of replies a thread on VT, for example, a pop up comes up, showing who posted and how many posts were made, right? And it's supposed to be minimized until you decide to maximize it. It was always like that to me, until recently. Now I get it maximized instantly. It's not a biggie, but it's annoying as I don't know how it suddenly became this way. Nor do I know how to fix it.

I tried restarting the computer, but that didn't work.

Does anyone have any idea of what's going on? :/

It works normally for me.
Have you tried using a different browser? Reinstalling your browser? Clearing the cache?

None of them yet, but I didn't do them because it was all working normal last week. I really don't want to reinstall Chrome (will have to reinstall all the extensions again)...I'll try it on a different browser though.....

EDIT: right, seems to be Chrome's problem.

reinstalling didn't fix problem! ugh! I reinstalled for NOTHING

I use firefox, I don't have any issues.
