How bad am I really?

My gf didn't want me to go to this party of a girls who likes me, even though I haven't seen her in 4 months I said okay... But then she hears a complete rumor of me talking to another girl so I tell her it's not true and she doesn't believe me.. She believes another girl she has never met and is my x and lies all the time.. So I tell her to pick between her fake friend or me, her long time bf and she's picking her... I know this isn't much but I've out off football and lifting so far, gotten her a diamond and silver necklace and just roses for her play 2 days ago, and I had always been there for her through everything and I always would be through anything... Then she tells me she never trusted me

If she never trusted you, she's been using you the whole time. For starters, if some of those gifts were real diamonds and the like, that may have been a bad move. Getting something so expensive for a girl that you haven't been dating too long is just a bad idea. If she just doesn't trust you, though, you need to know why and try to fix that. If not, you would be better off letting her go.
