hey everyone, thanks for opening this. heres the deal, my friend and i, have started producing and creating an animated cartoon. Basically, to compare it to any show, it would be most similar to South Park.

http://www.myspace.com/thevalleytvshow

Thats the link, if anyone wants to go check it out (hint, go right after reading this. you have to add us for security reasons due to staff involvement, but we are always on it so your request will get accepted in like under 10 minutes.)

anyways, me friend and i wanted to expand, and create an actual website. obviously, myspace isnt the way to do a professional website. i talked to many of the kids at my school on how to do it, and they said that it was very complicated, and that they were still learning how to do it in their Website Design courses.

please PM me if you want to help. also, talk to me on this AIM:

ASEdrumma328

i hate talking on anything else, so if thats a problem, then just talk over VT, but IM gives faster responses etc. (we can go to a chat too i guess in here...so now that i thought of that...)

but please everyone, we really wanted to expand this show and to get many people to see this. we dont exactly want to go to large companies and have them "check out our myspace"

for the record, we are willing to pay money if it is needed, so dont just think that we are going to cheap out on you.

please, ive been trying to do this for a while and i really need some help.

Are you guys completely clueless on how to start up a website? I know what it takes to actually get a website running but as far as logos and designers that's really not my thing.

yes, clueless. lol, atleast i can admit it...i just have never been taught.

anyways, if you can help me, that'd be great. im the artistic guy in our duo so i can do logos and whatever.

but, like you said, i just want to get it running and a basic layout. then i can take it from there. but can you inform me a little bit, is there like a program that you use? i know its all about HTML, and i am okay with HTML, but i just dont know how to do the website.

Anythony, if you could help me, i'd greatly appreciate it.

you you have AIM? if you do, what's your screen name?

like i said before, mine is ASEdrumma328, and id MUCH rather talk over that then here.

ok dude. well im really 'hot' with making websites. i just helped create a website for a client and im getting paid for it. i used the application Macromedia Dreamweaver . i think its available on PC computers, but i definitely know Mac computers can handle it. try using the application, Dreamweaver. its easy and simple once you get used to it. forget HTML, its too hard and annoying. then you can publish your site to the internet once you're done in Dreamweaver

Ok if you want a profssional website with a domain and everything you will have to pay some money. check out Here (https://www.godaddy.com/gdshop/hosting/shared.asp?app%5Fhdr=&ci=5652) . Godaddy has some good plans, as for the html bit of it, if you don't really know anything you can just read a couple tutorials on html and know enough to just modify a template.

Okay, you going to need some hosting and a domain, hosting package vary in price, i would get a more basic and cheaper package to start off with, then you will need to register the domain, its pretty simple im sure you can work it out. To build the website you should use dreamweaver, its simple and effective. Any more help just PM me.
