I'm 15 and when I was 8 I was circumcised because my foreskin was way too tight and so on..... however at the time i was unaware of what was going on and I had no input as to whether I was to be circumcised or not. After some research i learnt about something called 'Foreskin Restoration' where they pull skin over the glands again and so on. I was wondering if anyone new about this and could give me any advice before I talk to my dad.
thanks

I've herd of it, yes. But here is the thing, once the skin is removed (foreskin) it makes the glands on the head of the penis "heal". So even if you did "stretch" the skin back over you wouldn't feel anything.

I have heard of it, but I wouldnt have a clue on how to go about bringing it up. You should probably sit him down and have a nice and serious conversation about it.

I have heard of it but here's the thing...it's never going to be the same as being uncut. The "damage" is done. You won't get the nerves back and you are going to end up with an ugly bit of loose skin dangling off your cock. That being said, being cut really isn't that bad. I was cut about 4 years ago and am happy with it and all my friends have grown up happy and cut. I've read a lot of the posts on here about it and I think it's pretty much psychological if people are happy with it or not.

I can't give advice on how to talk to your dad, but do you think this would really be worth it? I mean, think about it, it's just skin. Your life isn't going to miraculously change if you do the operation. You're cut, so learn to live with it.

Uhm. Almost everyone has a tight foreskin at 8, it doesn't loosen up before you get older. oO
I don't understand how anyone can do this to their child so easily without any thoughts of their future.

Not everyone has first-hand knowledge about foreskin restoration. It is a procedure that has worked for thousands of men and it is becoming practiced more and more. It is not easy, though, because it can take years and years of taping or using various devices to aid in the process.

However, if you are only 15 years old, #1 you need to be careful to abide by the laws of your jurisdiction. You are in New Zealand, correct? I am not sure what the laws are there regarding any access to images or pictures that show you how foreskin restoration works. So, yes - I would speak to your dad about it and ask him if he would join you at the computer (if you and he decide to see what it is all about).

But the truth is that God created us males with a foreskin, it does serve a very valuable purpose and sensitivity can be increased through foreskin restoration, but not totally made as if you had never been cut. But thousands of men have been very happy with their results. In my case, I've had moderate success, but did not start at an early age. You have your whole life ahead of you, so you do need to find out all the facts.
