During puberty, when you are having a groth spurt, it is normal to eat ALOT and be hungry all the time.
Fact or Fiction???

I would say so. I had a couple of growth spurts in the last year, and I just wanted to eat and eat. I always felt not quite hungry but not full either

It is absolutely true. Take, for example, the many cartoons and comics of teenagers vacuuming everything in sight, and also the fact that all the food in your kitchen seems to disappear rather quickly...
The scientific explanation for this is that, since your body is undergoing an extreme amount of changes during this time, the body prepares for it by basically making sure you eat as much of everything at one time as possible, just so that it will have all the necessary nutrients and energy to do everything correctly.
