So I came out to my best friend as gay last night and he took it well I think. I asked him if he wanted to ask me anything he said no which isn't what I expected. In the morning it was a bit awkward and we didn't really talk much and I'm wondering if tomorrow I should try and explain it properly or something?

Well, to be fair, you have to try to see it from his angle. If he's known you for a while, and this has never come up and you never discussed it, it could just take a bit to sink in. Things should be okay soon, just leave him be a bit if he needs some time to accept it.

well bro, there isn't much to explain about being gay. which is a good thing. your friend might just need to process. let him come to you with questions, try not to push things on him.

yea my friends were a bit taken back....I guess mostly because I do not look or act gay. but they came around we get along fine atleast now I can be myself and not feel like I'm hiding something.
