Mate, you're only 13, everyone has problems, the difference is how everyone deals with them. :)
I can't help about girl issues I'm afraid (need help with those myself!) but you can live with OCD and dyslexia and cope with them (trust me I know!) although I dunno what the other one is.
I think your biggest problem atm is lack of friends, and I would REALLY urge you to try and find some while you're at school, really wish I had as now I'm 19, almost leaving college and still have no friends.
Also, don't think that people don't care about you, I'll bet you theres more than just your parents that would really miss you if you weren't there.
Try and find something you like, some hobbies, again this is something I really wish I'd done at your age as now its too late for me really.
Chin up dude, if you genuinely think it can't think it can't get any worse, it can only get better from now on. :)

First of all, we do care. This is a help site, so a lot of people here are willing to help, and have had similar experiences themselves.
Your parents love you, like you said. Have you tried talking to them?
Are you getting any help for your OCD etc? If not I'd strongly suggest that you do. OCD can be very hard to deal with, and if you're struggling to cope with life in general, it definitely isn't helping.
The only advice I can really give you is to talk to someone. Whether it's someone here or not. Words on a screen can only help so much, so talking to someone in your life would really help. Maybe your parents would help you, but if you don't tell them that there's a problem, they won't be able to help.

I know you feel very alone right now but all of us here will do our best to help. When we don't reply, it doesn't mean we don't care - some people might just not have known what to say or they're having a rocky time themselves and need help, too.
It seems like everything's falling apart and the frustration at how your life isn't going the way you want is painful but you don't have to and won't stay where you are forever. All your health issues -can- be coped with and friends will come if you search for them.
You see, every effective relationship has a give and take factor. Friends don't grow on trees - you need to have something to give and so do they - be that your talents, your humour, your company, a helping hand, shoulder to cry on, a house for them to sleep in or anything at all.
I know the "you're young" and "things get better" lines get irritating and repetitive at times but people mean well. I do understand, though, I hated it when people used to call me a child - but although I am 15 and am still legally - a child, I've gained a sort of respect from people of all ages.
Perhaps you feel out of control now and if you do, I strongly urge you take initiative for your life. Because you do not need to feel this way forever. You do now, that's undeniable, but you can change that.
Some things, however, cannot be changed - like perhaps the school you go to. Or maybe it can, you could try. But if it doesn't change, that's fine, too. Make the most of it. To some, rain may be a curse and a bother, to others, it may be a source of life and rejuvenation. If you wear blue shades, the world will be blue.
You cannot change the world, your country, the people around you or your parents - without first changing yourself.

A lot of us here can relate, please don't give up. I would miss you if you gave up, and I don't even know you.
About the girls, I have trouble with the opposite sex too. At school, I've never even been asked out. But when I go out with my friends I'm suddenly miss popular. In a couple of years you'll be old enough to go out and you'll realize that you're just surrounded by assholes.
I don't know you, but I love you. Stay strong. <3
