I Need Help...Please?!

I sat with my friends that are in sixth grade today at lunch and one of them didn't eat anything. I asked my friend Alyssa and she said that the other girl never eats anything. And then she was joking about how she's anorexic, but I really think she is.

Can anyone help me?

I'd confront her, and ask her.

She might be anorexic, then again she might not eat lunch. If you feel worried about her, then pull her aside secretly and have a friend to friend conversation. Ask her in private why she doesn't eat anything for lunch. Tell her that she is not obligated to say anything to you, just make her feel comfortable. :) Hope that helped some.

tell a teacher, you dont have to let anyone else no you told eather, just drop a hint at the fron offace if not the teacher.

I dont think that you should tell the other friend, unless she is really good mates with her and you, she may think that you will then tell everybody after that.
