GIRLS: do any of you get REALLY painful periods? (boys can vote in this poll!)

Hey,
I'm a regular teen girl... and get my monthly period too. .. I usually get it real hard with all the crap involved, like the vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness and just unbearable abdominal pain. it's an 'oh boy' situation! but when its really hard, it's termed as 'dysmenorrhea'. Anyway, Im just wondering if any of you girls out there go through the same thing as me and what you do to tame the pain while it's acting up and giving you a hard time?

I have a horrible time and get depressed and cramps and almost throw up and have diarrhea and get dizzy..... ugh.

I have dysmenorrhea...
So I get light headed, headaches, throwing up, and keeling over drowning in my sorrow.

I get the usual cramps and stuff, but it's also an emotional roller coaster. :p

yea i do i usually take a pain killer or hot shower , walking helps too

I'm relatively lucky, I don't go through any of that, but mine are really REALLY irregular/
I feel terrible for you guys though!
