So I've never liked the taste of water I don't know if it's just psychological or whatever. Because I like to taste of Fiji water and Perrier but not dasani or any of that. What's the benefits of water ? What ifsomeone were not to exactly drink water, but 1 glass a day?
I don't even drink a glass a day, but I do think I get water from other things. What can I do if I don't like the taste?

Its very very very very Important to a healthly lifestyle. Insted of making you fall asleep with boring medical stuff I'm just going to keep it simple ;). Basically the benifits are;
• Improve your energy and reduces cardiovascular stress;
• Increase your mental and physical performance;
• Remove toxins and waste products from your body;
• Keep skin healthy and glowing;
• Help you loose weight;
• Reduce headaches and dizziness;
• Allow for proper digestion;
• Help to keep you more alkaline;
• Water keeps our organs and joints moist. This permits the passage of nutrients and wastes between the blood vessels and the rest of the body.
Just randoms facts about the body;
• Blood is 83% water
• Muscles are 75% water
• The brain is 74% water
• Bone is 22% water
Basically if you do not keep hydrated you feel more down and tired. Its medically proven that keeping hydrated keeps you more alert and thus more alert and mentally capable. If you don't like water by itself I would recommend flavored water, its basically normal water but with different added flavors, these are still quite healthy and are better then nothing. Stay away from coffee, and if you do drink it make sure to drink water afterwards.

Do you only have bottled water there?
We boil our water straight off the tap and it's great. I actually prefer that to any water out there and when we sent it for lab samples it came out clean.
I drink about 2 litres a day. People think I'm a bit nuts and sometimes need the toilet a lot, but it's seemed to keep me more energized and apparently keeps your skin looking better..

Here's a good little tip to see if you're drinking enough water daily. When you use the restroom, check your urine. The darker it is, the lower the hue, the more you need to drink. The lighter, or more yellow, the more you should just keep doing whatever it is you're doing.
