Right. Lately my voice has been rally croaky and i've had trouble reaching higher and lower notes. When I start to sing my voice goes really croaky.
This has happened a few times before, but usually when I have a cold and it clears up within a few days. I have no cold symtoms and this has now been going on a few weeks.
It's actually driving me crazy D:
Anyone any idea what it is or anything I can try to solve it?

This doesn't actually matter. A singer's voice does not fully mature until they're at least 30 most of the time. Your voice could just be going through a change. And, believe it or not, as your voice changes, the high and low notes will need practice again as if you were just learning to sing them (but not literally relearning it, just adjusting). My range has changed a lot and there are times where I can't figure out why I can't sing notes that I could sing before... more practice got them back.
Gargling salt water can sometimes dry out your throat more but water with lemon is good. Never use lozenges if you think it's a sore throat issue because it does the same as dairy and adds more phlegm. (God, took me forever to spell that. >_>)
Also, if you've been singing more than usual, you could have just stressed your vocal chords. When I took a year off vocal classes and went back, I had a lot of problems with having the same voice as always because I was burning it out trying to jump back into it and practicing a whole lot more, if that makes sense.
Like any other body part, if it's doing something to say something's changed, just lay off it for a bit and try again later. :P It's likely just stressed or changing.
I sit through a lot of maturing voice lectures in class 'cause my entire class is at that age where girls are moving out of their breathy 'little girl' voice and actually learning to support it and well, the boys are being boys and starting to have to move sections all the time.

Something I do is I take a full water bottle and let is sit for a few hours, let it get to room temp, then I put a tablespoon of lemon juice in it, shake it up and drink it. The lemon juice cuts the flem build-up not he vocal cords and tonsils, tonsils can obstruct the airway if you have any inflammation.
