This was just something i was wondering. How can you tell if someone is uncut or cut without seeing them nude or asking them. Like when you wear basketball shorts or sumthing like that you can see the penis outine. I was just curious if there was a way to tell who is cut and who is uncut.

Basically impossible to tell... Some people's penis are still much larger than their foreskin(like me), so although I am uncut, the foreskin doesn't cover my full glans(head)... Which would make it look uncut any other way than seeing it naked.

Same, I don't know of any way it's hard to tell because of the shape of the penis altogether. But it would be interesting to know about my crushes (^.^...)

Probably not as clearly, unless they had a very large glans.

I know that I can't really see the outline of my glans when I'm wearing tight underwear (way too much information, eh? :P)

I have a pair of khaki shorts that for some reason holds my dick in a way that I am outlined pretty realistically when i wear boxers under them. I am uncircumcised and it looks torpedo-like with no head outline.

So to answer your question, I bet it IS possible.
