I am only 13 but i can feel my heart pounding and I am crying right know just by the thought of her. :wub: Do you think someone my age can feel love. Is this love I am truly feeling?

I believe you can feel love truly at any age.
At your age it's hard to know what's real, whether deep down you're doing what you expect society would make you, or if you are extremely emotionally attached to the person.
Do what feels right and I hope it turns out alright.

You can feel love at any age at all. But make sure you distinguish love from lust. If you don't do this it'll lead to big problems later on down the track. Just take it slow. You've got all school to make a move but steer well clear of the 'friend zone' if you know what I mean. Also, don't write sappy and mawkish love letters. Here's an example of one written by me;

The wind in your hair reminds me of a majestic and beautiful princess riding on a white wander lusting horse, galloping swiftly across the verdant countryside of the earth. There's a chance that she may be impressed by your command of the English language and your devotion to the word of love but there's also a chance she'll think your a desprate, tryhard git. I'd rather not take that chance.

I believe that it's possible for almost anyone of any age can feel love for someone, however I also think that the younger you are the less likely that it is to actually be love. Disregarding all that though, love is overrated.

I used to think that no, teens can't really feel love. Then I started going out with someone I really like.

However, I won't say the "Meh, love is overrated!" people are wrong, that's just their opinion. No better, no worse. Just different.

Everyone on these forums is young. We're all trying to figure out what's what.

i feel bad just by reading this. how can love be overrated. love is the most beautiful and greatest feeling ever. i do agree with you on the first part. you can feel love at any age and you shouldnt be asking us if it is love what you feel (@ OP). its just something youll know when you feel it

You can't have strangers tell you if you're inlove or not! Only you can know...needless about the age. You might be in-love or obssessed with her...obsession and love are VERY similiar.
