Alright, im a bit confused..And need some help from girls that have had sex/masterbate. I was talking to my girl and were talking about orgasms and squrting..and she said they were two different things, she has had orgasms, but not squirted. I always thought they were the same thing?! Obviously I'm not a girl, but I can answer some of these.

It's not entirely true that all women can orgasm. All women should be able to (whatever that means) but it's often very difficult, especially for younger, more inexperienced girls. Adult women are also much more likely to be unable to orgasm than adult men. Not being able to orgasm isn't really "normal" (again, whatever that means), and it's considered a medical condition, but it's also not incredibly uncommon.

Not all women can squirt, and not all women who squirt always squirt upon orgasm. As far as I know, squirting can't happen without orgasm, but an orgasm won't necessarily trigger squirting.

I won't presume to know what any of this feels like.

Most women need clitoral stimulation ("rubbing") to orgasm, and not vaginal stimulation ("fingering"), so yes, not wanting to penetrate her vagina shouldn't stop her from having an orgasm.

I think Kali's got it pretty much right. Technically, all women CAN have an orgasm...but not all women are guaranteed the experience. (Kind of like...all cars CAN drive, but yours may or may not). I think that people who squirt are somewhat of a rarity, so I an't personally tell you..because I don't do that. I would suggest you watch some porn, honestly. It's hard to describe squirting if you haven't done it, but I wouldn't want to turn you off from it before you've figured out whatever it is you're trying to figure out. Girls can reach orgasm without penetration (I suppose the term would be clitoral stimulation). Girls don't actually have a refractory period (like guys do). So, theoretically, the amount of orgasms a girl can have is infinite. Most girls start to complain about discomfort caused from arousal after 5 or 6. Hope I helped!
