I've asked a similar question before, but I always get dry orgasms!

How old are you?
Your foreskins irritation has nothin to do with ejaculation.
Maybe some lubrication around your foreskin will help for that until it loosens.
You should be able to ejaculate if you have wet dreams.
Keep trying and you may cum eventually, it might be a development thing.
