I am a 15 year old male and forever i have wondered but never fount the answer! But why do our bodies function these ways? Like for guys masturbation like how does just down there with the skin moving or being rubbed get us aroused? And why for girls likse things going in and out of their lower region or being rubbed make them aroused?
And also how can sperm mixing with eggs make a baby and the woman stretch SO big? Like these are things that play on my mind A LOT! Which i do not understand! Like why woman need to go on Periods, There is SO much i want to know! Ha ha, So if you know the answers at ALL to any of them questions i would love to know ha ha.

its the biological and chemical build up of our bodies that cause these things, along with receptors in the brain that are tied into the nerve system. we are how we are, because we are how er are, be it through evolution or not. its just how we are.

I learn these in bio and chemistry , but it is hard for me to explain,
or u can say God make us these way it must have a reason but sometime we dont know why and how

Here we go..
Why masturbation feels good:
In the penis there's loads of nerve endings (little receptors under your skin that allow you to feel) that, when touched, provide a good feeling. Much like when someone punches you hard and you hurt, those are nerve endings too but they're doing the opposite job.
Same thing for girls except on the clitoris and lining the vagina. They also have something called a "g spot" within their vagina that has loads of nerve endings and makes them feel good.
How sperm and eggs make a baby:
The sperm is from the male and carries a certain chain of DNA while the egg is from the women and contains another strand of DNA. DNA are basically like instruction manuals for the body on how to make a baby, but they're in chemical form. Both the male and female DNA are needed to make a baby and with only one, you've got nothing. So, when the sperm meets the egg (through sex and ejaculation) the sperm enters the egg and they share their sets of DNA.
The egg/sperm combo then goes into the vaginal tissue of the woman and sticks there (which is why she doesn't have her period when she's pregnant). While in the tissue, the egg/sperm combo multiply to start forming a baby. They just keep multiplying, following the instructions (the DNA) and they know what to make next.
How the woman stretches:
The vaginal canal was meant to stretch so that a child can be released. It's just the way it is. It does what it has to do.
Why a woman has a period:
When a girl becomes a woman and has her period, it means she can now have a child. What the body does is go through a monthly process of releasing (almost always) ONE egg. This egg is released from an area within the groin of the woman and it's allowing that egg to meet sperm and have a baby. If the egg does not meet the sperm, it is released. This is the period.

Luke. I don't think that's exactly what he meant, at least not from the way I interpreted his post, I got the impression that he was more curious about why the body is like that rather than physiologically why it is as it is.
Evolution is basically the only thing that you need to know. The parts of us that are effective, serve a purpose and help to keep people alive and thriving are kept and the parts that are unnecessary and unhelpful slowly but surely go.

Nah Luke did help ha ha, But like i have now got why there is the DNA and stuff but it still confuses me how something SO small can turn into a baby then an adult! I just no matter how much the explonation will never get that one! Ha ha, I like your concept on it :)

Well the thing starts small but that's just the way it starts. They multiply. Think of it this way, it's like taking a sandwich and cutting it directly in half. You have two of the exact same slices with the same ingredients but now you have two pieces. You cut it half again and you have4 separate pieces. The only difference is that when the cells multiply, they're the same size as the original.
