I am 13 about to turn 14 in a month.
I have a 5" when hard
Lots of pubes and a bit of facial hair.
But I cant cum. Every time I have a wank I get hard etc and then I feel as so something should come out but it doesn't.
Is this normal? Is there any thing I can do?

Everyone developes at a different age, and puberty brings development at different stages. At 14 you'll most likely be very close to being able to ejaculate.
Just relax and keep trying and it will eventually happen.

I didn't start ejaculating until I was 14, it's fine. As far as the penis size goes, don't worry about it, at 14 you are nowhere near finishing growth there, especially if you haven't started cumming.
