what is the best way to get abs?

Basically, you already have abs- you just want to make them show, correct?
Okay; smart-ass aside: most people are born with different body types; so don't be upset if you don't look the same. Doing tummy crunches is a good way to start, however. If you dont know; tummy crunches require laying on your back with your hands behind your head, knees up, and feet planted. You then try to pull yourself up into a sitting position, bringing your head and back up; but feet and knees the same. You'll know if you're doing it right by feeling your stomach tense or feeling a pain there. It takes alot of excersize and eating well; eating every few hours packs on muscle- but healthy snacks.

lol okay thanks i have been doing all of that for about 4 years and i am still trying to find them....

Abs are made in the kitchen, no matter how much muscle excercise you do if theres a layer of fat there they won't show.
so if you want them to show it more what you eat, than the excercise you do.
i'm sure it plays a role, but it's all down to bodyfat % rather than muscle mass

People do not like to hear it, but doing a whole bunch of ab excercises do not help, AT ALL. That strengthens them and that is all that it does. You have already got abs, you just need to get rid of excess fat covering them up. That comes with diet, and excercise. Cardio, lots of cold water, and smart eating. Find the perfect combination for you, and you are set. Keep going ab excercises though because having a strong core is important anyways.
