Have you tried Pepto-Bismol or Alka-Seltzer? I usually find those settle mine but also cutting down caffeine while its causing you trouble because it doesn't help too much to stop it. If over the counter stuff isn't doing too much to ease it it might be a good idea to speak to your doctor about having something prescribed for you. But you should also be able to find a list of things lifestyle wise that will help settle it if you browse the internet through, try BUPA i know they've got a good list on there somewhere.

Have you tried letting it go flat and then drinking it? I found flat drinks were less of an irritant for me.

It does sometimes, my mother used to leave out lucozade to go flat when i was a child because it would prevent me feeling as sick and still keep me hydrated but if it does you could try switching to plain or flavored water until it eases?

These are all awesome.

Something else I would suggest is trying to cut out acidic foods, here (http://www.globalhealingcenter.com/natural-health/foods-that-cause-acid-reflux/) is a wonderful website that can help you analyze your diet and see what you need to do....
