Ok im 17and bi and i have a huge crush on my "Straight" friend, reason for quotations is that he does and says gay things around knowing that im bi...is he playing or merely telling me something? And also how do i tell him how i feel?

if he says he's straight, respect that. making an advancement could potentially ruin a friendship. seeing as it's obvious he's made it clear he's straight. he's probably goofing off.

You need to somehow tell him. Maybe if he's that close to you bring him to one side and just tell him straight. It will make you feel better.

Ok, Whether he is straight, gay, bi, or whatever, it in a way doesn't matter, you have feelings for him, and if you keep them quiet, he's going to act the SAME way which could make your crush way worse...could have no effect or whatever.

If he says he's straight, he's straight, no matter how he acts...try not to judge because then you'll probably start to hope that he IS gay, or bi, and that he'll be interested in you...

To tell him...well...I didn't exactly tell my crush, he kinda knew...and I told him that I needed to talk to him before the week was over, (I go to a residential High School, and we were about to go home for Easter 2011) and he said ok...I do believe he was expecting it. I got there, and we sat down, and he was like, "What you had for Russell, has moved on to me, hasn't it?" and i could only nod...I couldn't say ANYTHING because i just...couldn't, (I'm THAT submissive...and the way he was sitting was intimidating....)
